Newly-Engaged Kim Kardashian: La Scala Sexy

Treating herself to a delicious dinner out, Kim Kardashian was spotted at La Scala Italian Restaurant last night (May 31).

The “Disaster Movie” babe rolled up in her white Rolls Royce and flashed her snazzy $2 million engagement ring.

Speaking of her engagement, TMZ reports that Kim will ditch her famous last name and take Kris Humphries' moniker when they wed this summer.

Kim’s mom Kris Jenner had previously told press, "I don’t think she should take his name and be Kim Humphries ... She needs to be Kim Kardashian because she’s worked so hard to get where she is.”

Pippa Middleton: Lovely in London

Making her rounds in the English capitol, Pippa Middleton was spotted out and about in London this afternoon (June 1).

Donning a tan cardigan along with khaki trousers and cream peep-toe shoes, Ms. Middleton looked pleasant as she smiled for the paparazzi.

Pippa recently returned to the UK from France where she enjoyed primo seats at the Roland Garros stadium for the French Open tennis tournament.

Middleton was joined by a few friends, but when the photogs began their assault they cleared out to give Pippa the spotlight.

Eva Longoria's Tips for the Grill

Just in time for summer cookout season, Eva Longoria has shared one of her delicious new recipes.

The “Desperate Housewives” actress, who was spotted arriving at LAX Airport last night (May 31), put out a cookbook called “Eva’s Kitchen” earlier this year and it is chock full of tasty ideas.

One of Eva’s concoctions is called Flank Steak with Lime Marinade, and it’s actually pretty easy to make.

Flank Steak with Lime Marinade

3 tbsp (50 mL) extra virgin olive oil

3 tbsp (50 mL) fresh lime juice (about two limes)

4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

1 serrano pepper, cored, seeded if desired, and thinly sliced

2 tsp (10 mL) chili powder

1 tsp (5 mL) ground cumin

1/2 tsp (2 mL) kosher salt

1½ lbs (750 g) flank steak

In shallow dish, place oil, lime juice, garlic, serrano, chili powder, cumin and salt. Stir until well blended.

Lay the flank steak in the dish and turn a few times until thoroughly coated.

Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator at least 2 hours and up to overnight (the longer, the better), turning occasionally. Lightly oil the grill grate and preheat a medium-high grill.

Pat the steak dry with paper towels. Grill for about 8 to 10 minutes total, turning once, for mediumrare.

Transfer to a cutting board and let stand for 5 minutes. Use a long, thin knife held at a slant to cut the steak across the grain into thin slices. Serve immediately.

Makes 4 servings.

Giving fans even more reason to hit theaters this coming weekend, January Jones shows off her fine figure in newly-released lingerie-clad stills from her new movie "X-Men: First Class".

Set to be released on June 3rd, the "Mad Men" hottie worked it for the cameras in some seriously sexy garb as she portrayed her Emma Frost character for the much-awaited superhero caper.

As for her own special power, January recently said that becoming invisible to her fans is the ability in which she possesses.

She told, “I have this knack of being able to go out and not be recognized. I wander around town in jeans and a T-shirt and my hair in a ponytail so no one really spots me."

Jones continued, "If I do get spotted no one believes it’s me because they think I look far too small. I think the camera must add ten pounds!”

Nicole Scherzinger: Worried About Cole Backlash

Gearing up for the busy day ahead, Nicole Scherzinger was spotted leaving her hotel in Paris, France this morning (May 31).

The former Pussycat Doll is in the City of Lights to do some promotional appearances ahead of her new album’s release.

Back in the States, Nicole was recently chosen to replace Cheryl Cole as a judge on the new talent show “The X Factor,” and while she’s grateful for the gig, Scherzinger is fearful that British fans will react negatively.

A source revealed, "Nicole is really upset at what happened to Cheryl. She knows her well and thought she would have been a great in the show. She knows how people in Britain are so proud of their stars and want to see them do well in the States too, so she is aware there could be a lot of unhappiness surrounding the rejection.”

"The last thing she wants is bad blood between herself and Cheryl and anyone thinking she might have been lobbying to get her place. Nicole wants to see her do well in whatever she does next and hopes there won't be any hard feelings."

She spent four years playing Vanessa Abrams, and Jessica Szohr didn’t sound too sad to be leaving her “Gossip Girl” gig.

The beautiful brunette chatted with press about how her departure is mutually beneficial and will allow her to pursue other avenues.

"When I started the fourth season, I kind of had a talk with the producers. We didn't know what we were going to do with the characters. After playing someone for four years, it can be a little repetitive.”

“So I was ready for a change. I had so much fun and I made friends I'll have for a lifetime and it was so great to work in the city, but I got the most I could out of Vanessa. I have two movies that I start in August and July and I have a couple movies coming out in the next couple months."

Holly Madison: Memorial Day Bikini Babe

Stepping out for a fabulous fete, Holly Madison was spotted showing off her fabulous form at a Memorial Day party in Las Vegas yesterday (May 30).

The former “Girls Next Door” hottie looked amazing in a multi-colored string bikini as she posed for the paparazzi at the Sin City shindig.

Holly has dropped some weight after the producers of her Vegas show told her she needed to slim down a bit.

She told press, “I always thought I looked fine. It was a shock to me when they told me to lose weight... I feel like I changed my eating habits to really healthy. I’ve lost a few pounds. I’m still getting there and deciding if I even want to lose weight.”

Kicking off another workday, Robert Pattinson was spotted on the set of “Cosmopolis” early this morning (May 31).

The “Twilight” stud looked intense as he made his away around the Toronto, Canada locale, sporting a brown ball cap, green button-up shirt, and blue trousers.

Coming up this Sunday, Robert and his costar/girlfriend Kristen Stewart will compete for the Best Kiss award at the 2011 MTV Movie Awards.

A favorite in the category, Robert confessed that he’d be a little stressed if he and Stewart went home empty-handed this year.

"It's kind of terrifying if you suddenly stop winning it. You're like, 'Oh God!' It's almost worse than if you stop winning, like, acting awards or whatever. If you can't kiss anymore, it's like, 'What? I'm still good at kissing!'"

Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett's Memorial Day Outing

Making the most of the Memorial Day holiday weekend, Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett were spotted out at a Los Angeles park on Sunday (May 29).

The former “Girls Next Door” babe and her football-playing hubby treated their son Hank to some active quality time and looked like the picture perfect family.

Kendra recently told press she is back to her old body after competing on “Dancing with the Stars,” and she couldn’t be happier.

"I was size 2 or 4 before 'Dancing with the Stars' and now I'm a size 0. My waist is still shrinking! When you work out, you produce so much lactic acid, so my body always looks thicker and more muscular. Now that I've had a couple weeks off, my body is fuller and looks better. I hope I'll look like this forever. But to be honest, I will never be satisfied!"
